Why hasn’t my order been shipped?
Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5pm AEDT on Friday are dispatched the following Monday morning.
- Standard Shipping: Sent via Australia Post’s Standard Service, with delivery times between 2-6 business days depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Sent via Australia Post’s Express Post Service, with delivery times between 1-3 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track it.
Is delivery packaging discreet?
We provide discreet delivery in plain boxes or envelopes so nobody knows what’s inside.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer Free Standard Delivery for any order over $50 and Free Express Delivery for any order over $100.
What is your Returns and Refunds policy?
You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where item(s) are: faulty wrongly described different from a sample shown to you. If you simply change your mind, don’t worry.
As long as the product is returned in its original, undamaged, and UNUSED condition, with the original new packaging and proof of purchase, we will be glad to facilitate an exchange.
Any expenses relating to the return of your product will normally be your cost. This does not impact your consumer guarantee rights, you may be entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs if the product is confirmed to have a problem.
How long will I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned product is inspected by our quality assurance team and confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to two weeks. Once the return has been approved, it takes one to two days for the refund to your financial institution.
